1. Are you manufacturer? If yes, in which city?
Yes, we’re manufacturer with 3000 square meters, onsite checked and audited by ALIBABA through BV. We’re in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province.
2. Can I visit your factory ?
Customers are welcome warmly to visit us. Before you come here, please kindly advise your schedule, we can pick you up at airport, hotel or somewhere else. The nearest airport is Xiamen airport.
3. How about your quality guarantee?
We’re 100% responsible for the damaged goods if it’s caused by our improper sewing and package.
4. How do I know my order was accepted?
We'll email or fax you the Sales Confirmation in 24 hours when we received your order sheet whatever via e-mail or fax.We will also send you the proforma invoice along with the order /confirm/iation.The delivery date/Payment terms agreement/Quality reference/Order &value /Our Model number/Material/Packing detail/Volume etc will be marked in the proforma invoice. When we received the confirmation of the proforma invoice, we will start the production then.

6. What's the lead-time for my order?
That depends on the quantity, the style and the packing of your order, we usually produce about fifteen thousand monthly when we start production if we have produced the items before.. Should you have special requirement on style and packing for your goods, the lead-time will be little longer. Anyway, we will as say upon your order and mark in the Proforma invoice .
7. How about the sample expenses ?
You can pay us the sample freight , we will return it if you confirm the order.
